Veröffentlichung über den Widerruf des Vertriebs von Fondsanteilen in Rumänien

(§ 141 österreichisches Investmentfondsgesetz)

Sehr geehrte Teilnehmer,

In Bezug auf den von der LLB Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. (nachfolgend „Verwaltungsgesellschaft“) verwalteten österreichischen Investmentfonds FA Systematic Fund (ehemals "NOAH F22 Multi Asset Fonds") möchten wir Sie darüber informieren, dass die Verwaltungsgesellschaft beschlossen hat, die Vertriebsanzeige von Anteilen der oben genannten Fonds in Rumänien gemäß Artikel 93 der Richtlinie 2009/65/EG zurückzuziehen.

Diese Entscheidung bedeutet, dass ab 10.07.2026 die Zeichnung, der Kauf oder der Verkauf von Anteilen dieser Fonds über die Zahlstelle und den Vertriebspartner in Rumänien nicht mehr möglich sein wird.

Gemäß den europäischen Vorschriften haben Anleger die Möglichkeit, ihre Anteile vollständig und ohne Kosten oder Abzüge zurückzugeben. Diese Option ist für einen Zeitraum von 30 Werktagen ab dem Veröffentlichungsdatum dieser Mitteilung verfügbar. Anleger haben die Möglichkeit, die Rücknahme des gesamten Anlagebetrags gemäß den von der Verwaltungsgesellschaft festgelegten Rücknahmeverfahren zu beantragen. Diese Änderung hat keine Auswirkungen auf bestehende Anlagen: Anleger, die derzeit Anteile an den Fonds halten, können diese behalten oder, falls gewünscht, die Rücknahme durchführen.

Wir empfehlen allen Anlegern, ihre Optionen sorgfältig zu prüfen und sich für weitere Informationen zum Rücknahmeprozess und den operativen Abläufen direkt an die Verwaltungsgesellschaft, ihren Finanzberater oder die zuständige Vertriebsstelle zu wenden.

În ceea ce privește fondul de investiții austriac FA Systematic Fund (fostul „NOAH F22 Multi Asset Fund”) administrat de LLB Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. (denumită în continuare „Societatea de administrare”), dorim să vă informăm că Societatea de administrare a decis să retragă notificarea de distribuție pentru unitățile fondului menționat anterior în România, în conformitate cu articolul 93 din Directiva 2009/65/CE.

Această decizie înseamnă că, începând cu 10.07.2026, nu va mai fi posibilă subscrierea, achiziționarea sau vânzarea de unități ale acestui fond prin intermediul agentului de plăți și al distribuitorului din România.

În conformitate cu reglementările europene, investitorii au opțiunea de a-și răscumpăra unitățile integral și fără costuri sau deduceri. Această opțiune este disponibilă pentru o perioadă de 30 de zile lucrătoare de la data publicării prezentei notificări. Investitorii pot solicita răscumpărarea întregii sume investite în conformitate cu procedurile de răscumpărare stabilite de Societatea de administrare. Această modificare nu va afecta investițiile existente: Investitorii care dețin în prezent unități în fonduri le pot păstra sau, dacă doresc, își pot răscumpăra unitățile.

Recomandăm tuturor investitorilor să își analizeze cu atenție opțiunile și să contacteze societatea de administrare, consultantul financiar sau direct biroul de vânzări relevant pentru informații suplimentare privind procesul de răscumpărare și procedurile operaționale.

Publication of the revocation of the distribution of fund units in Rumania

(Section 141 of the Austrian Investment Fund Act)

Dear Participants,

With reference to the Austrian investment fund named FA Systematic Fund (formerly "NOAH F22 Multi Asset Fonds"), managed by LLB Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H (hereinafter the "Management Company"), we wish to inform you that the Management Company has decided to withdraw the notification concerning the marketing of shares of the aforementioned funds in Rumania, pursuant to the provisions of Article 93 of Directive 2009/65/EC.

This decision means that, as of 10.07.2026, it will no longer be possible to subscribe to, purchase, or sell the shares of these funds through the paying agent and distributor within the Rumanian territory.

In compliance with European regulations, investors are offered the possibility to redeem their shares in full, without any cost or deduction. This option will be available for a period of 30 business days from the publication date of this notice. Investors will have the opportunity to request the redemption of the entire amount invested, in line with the redemption procedures established by the Management Company. It is clarified that this modification will not affect existing investments: investors who currently hold shares in the funds may continue to hold them or, if they wish, proceed with the redemption.

We encourage all investors to carefully consider their options and to contact the Management Company directly or their financial advisor or relevant distributor for further details regarding the redemption process and operational procedures.
